For this fourth electroacoustic piece, I worked exclusively with analogue synthesizers. A conversion error during a recording session caused numerous clicks, cracks and parasitic noises throughout the entire take. When I listened to it again, I was struck by the sound quality and expressive power of these strange parasitic noises. Used as musical objects and superimposed on the various elements I had already created, they enabled me to articulate the form. Impacts, resonances and silences are gradually interrupted, revealing a modal polyphony coloured with micro-intervals. ■
